In 2015, Justine Karp & Lexie Komisar launched The Ladyboss Collective with a simple goal: incredible things happen when you bring women of diverse backgrounds together.
Through fireside chats, intimate dinners and large gatherings, they have brought hundreds of NYC ladybosses across industries together to form authentic, meaningful connections through conversations around purpose and passion.
